How Cronlink collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated August 2026.
Cronlink Limited ("Cronlink", "we", "us") operates a platform connecting project clients and vendors across haulage, field resources, material fulfillment and fill management. This policy explains what information we collect from client and vendor accounts, how we use it, and the choices you have around it.
Account and company information. When you sign up or a Client Owner adds you to a project, we collect your name, email, phone number, role, and — for the company profile — a registered company name, domain, business address and, where applicable, a registration or tax ID.
Operational data. Requests, offers, purchase orders, haul routes, dump zone and warehouse data, load records, invoices and reports generated as you use the platform.
Location data. While a haulage or field resource job is active, we collect GPS location from the driver's device to track a load from source to destination and confirm delivery. The dashboard's weather widget can also request your device's location to show local conditions — this is optional and separate from job dispatch tracking.
Payment information. Subscription payments and invoices are processed by Stripe. Cronlink does not store your card details — Stripe handles that data under its own privacy and security practices.
Support and communications. Messages sent through support cases, the in-app AI support chat, and notifications you receive or acknowledge in the platform.
Device and log data. IP address, browser type, device information and general usage logs, collected automatically to keep the platform secure and reliable.
Cronlink is a two-sided marketplace, so some information is necessarily visible between the parties on a shared request — a vendor sees the client's request, site and route details; a client sees the vendor's offer, assigned driver, vehicle and live location for that job. Beyond that:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain account, request, invoice and load record data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet accounting, tax and compliance-reporting obligations tied to completed work and billing history. You can request deletion of personal information that isn't required for these purposes at any time.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data you store on Cronlink, including encrypted connections and access controls limiting who within your company can see project, billing and personal data. No system is completely immune to risk, so we also encourage strong, unique passwords and keeping your login credentials private.
Cronlink is a business-to-business platform intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a company. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children.
Cronlink serves clients and vendors across multiple regions. Where information is transferred or stored outside your own country, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected consistent with this policy.
We'll update this page when our data practices change, along with a revised "last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account owners in advance.
