How Cronlink is expected to be used by client and vendor accounts. Last updated August 2026.
This Usage Policy applies to every account on Cronlink — project clients raising and managing requests, and vendors fulfilling haulage, field resource, material and fill management work through the platform. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and exists to keep the marketplace fair, accurate and safe for everyone dispatching, driving and invoicing through it.
This policy applies to Client Owners and the team members they add to a project, and to Vendor accounts and the drivers, operators and dispatchers acting under a vendor's company profile. Whoever is logged in and acting on an account is responsible for that activity, including actions taken by employees or subcontractors given access to it.
You agree to use Cronlink only for legitimate haulage, field resource, material and fill management activity connected to real projects and real work. In practice, that means:
As a vendor, you're responsible for the accuracy of the rates, capacity and availability you list, and for holding the licensing, insurance and safety certifications your jurisdiction and the client's site orientation requirements call for. Load quantities, GPS-tracked routes and delivery confirmations should reflect what actually happened on the ground — falsifying a load record, manifest or delivery acknowledgment is a serious violation of this policy and may result in account suspension.
As a client, you're responsible for the accuracy of the requests, haul routes, dump zone capacities and material specifications you set up, and for approving or rejecting vendor offers, load quantities and invoices in good faith. The dispute process exists for genuine billing or delivery disagreements — not as a routine way to delay payment for work that was completed as agreed.
Regardless of role, you agree not to:
Haulage and field resource dispatch on Cronlink depends on live GPS tracking of vehicles between source and destination. Vendors are responsible for making sure drivers using the mobile app are aware that location is tracked while a job is active. Location data is used for dispatch, delivery confirmation and reporting, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Violating this policy can result in a warning, temporary suspension, removal of preferred-vendor status, or termination of an account, depending on severity. Where we reasonably believe a violation involves fraud, safety or legal exposure to another user, we may share relevant account information with the affected party or, where required, with law enforcement.
We may update this Usage Policy as the platform and the services it covers evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated date; continued use of Cronlink after a change means you accept the revised policy.
