GETTING STARTED

How Cronlink works

From a site manager raising a request through to dispatch, delivery and compliance reporting — here's the full workflow.

Every job on Cronlink — whether it's a haulage run, a piece of hired equipment, a material delivery or a fill placement — moves through the same four stages. That consistency is what lets clients and vendors work from the same live picture of a site, without phone calls or paper handoffs.

1

A request is raised

A site manager creates a Haulage, Field Resource, Material Order or Fill Management request in the platform — takes under 60 seconds. The right vendors are notified instantly.

2

A vendor accepts and is dispatched

An approved vendor accepts the request and assigns a driver, resource or crew. Job details, routing and load instructions are pushed straight to their phone — no phone calls required.

3

Work happens on site, tracked live

Loads, deliveries or fill events are logged as they happen, with GPS location, timestamp and quantity captured automatically. Site and project managers see live status the whole time.

4

Reports are generated automatically

Every load, signature and event is recorded. Compliance reports, volume summaries and performance data are always up to date and ready to export as PDF or CSV.
