Understanding request types

The difference between Haulage, Field Resource, Material Order and Fill Management requests.

Every job raised in Cronlink is one of four request types. Picking the right one determines which vendors see it and what data gets captured — so it's worth knowing the difference before you raise your first request.

Haulage

Raise a haulage request when you need trucks to move material or equipment to or from a site — dispatched to delivery, fully tracked.

  • Live GPS tracking per truck and driver
  • Digital load dockets signed on mobile
  • Tonnage and load-count reporting

Field Resources

Raise a field resource request when you need equipment, plant or crew on site — every asset and crew, accounted for.

  • Equipment hire tracking with due-back alerts
  • Load-level data captured per delivery
  • Crew check-in status by site and zone

Material Orders

Raise a material order when you need material delivered to a site — every cubic metre, fully logged from order to receipt.

  • Multi-source tracking across vendors
  • Running volume totals per material type
  • Full audit trail from order to delivery

Fill Management

Raise a fill management request when you need to place fill at a dump zone — classified, monitored and compliant.

  • Soil classification by category A, B or C
  • Live capacity tracking per zone
  • EPA-ready compliance reports
